§ 4702 : NONIMMIGRANT CLASSIFICATION FOR W NONIMMIGRANTS

Section 101(a)(15)(W), as added by section 2211, is amended by inserting before clause (iii) the following:

i.

to perform services or labor for a registered non-agricultural employer in a registered position (as those terms are defined in section 220(a)) in accordance with the requirements under section 220;

ii.

to accompany or follow to join such an alien described in clause (i) as the spouse or child of such alien;
